Classes range from weight/strength training to step aerobics to high-energy kickboxing. The club supplies all equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, steps, xertubes, mats, etc.
What to Bring:
Bring the waiver, a good pair of shoes, comfortable clothes and a towel! You might want your own personal mat too.
First class is FREE! $4 per class or a $22 monthly rate.
