All prices are per person. A service charge of 18% will be added to the total bill which includes paper products, utensils, appropriate condiments, and clean-up. Total bill is due not later than close of business the day of the event. A late fee of 10% will be charged to any balance of the bill that is not paid by the end of the event. All catering payments must be made at the Exchange Shop between 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM, Monday – Friday.
