All Salad selections are served with freshly Baked Rolls, Butter, and Iced Tea.
Your choice of Salad Dressings include Ranch, Caesar, Balsamic, Greek Vinaigrette, and Raspberry Vinaigrette.

Caesar Chicken Salad – 4.99
Grilled Chicken Breast Strips tossed with Romaine Lettuce, Garlic Roasted Croutons, and Shaved Parmesan Cheese.

Savory Spinach Salad – 4.99
Sliced mushrooms, Sliced Red Onions, Bacon Crumbles, Hard Boiled Eggs, Garlic Roasted Croutons, and Crumbled Gorgonzola served on a Bed of Fresh Spinach Leaves.

Classic Chef’s Salad – 5.99
Sliced Ham, Smoked Turkey, and Cheddar Cheese with Wedge Tomatoes, Hard Boiled Eggs, and Bacon prepared on a Bed of Fresh Mixed Greens.

Greek Salad – 5.99
Grilled Chicken over Mixed Greens topped with Pepperoncini, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Crumbled Feta, and Kalamata Olives.

Fiesta Taco Salad – 6.99
Grilled Chicken or marinated Grilled Steak topped with Shredded lettuce, Fried Tortilla Strips, Diced Tomatoes, Salsa, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Black Olives, Green Onions, and Sour Cream.

Triple Salad – 7.99
Generous servings of Albacore Tuna Salad, Grilled Chicken Salad, and Shrimp Salad over Mixed Greens with Wedge Tomatoes, Sliced Red Onions, Cucumbers, and Crackers.

All prices are per person. A service charge of 18% will be added to the total bill which includes paper products, utensils, appropriate condiments and clean-up. Total bill is due not later than close of business the day of the event. A late fee of 10% will be charged to any balance of the bill that is not paid by end of the event. All catering payments must be made at the Exchange Shop between 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
