2008 NASA LRC TENNIS APPLICATION
Membership to the NASA LRC Tennis Club is open to all NASA Langley civil servants, contractor personnel and their immediate family (age 15 or older). The annual dues for this year will be $15.00 for an individual application. Family membership (2 or more) is $25.00. Everyone desiring membership should complete this form and return it with dues to Louis Galland MS 458 so that the player directory can be compiled and distributed to all members
