The VHF FM voice repeater is the white cabinet on the lower left. The CAT-300 DX controller and power supply is located inside the red toolbox on top of the repeater. The Sinclair hybrid ring duplexer is the white cabinet on the right. Located on top of the duplexer is the 145.73 MHz LARCND digipeater. The note on the wall is where the phone line jacks are requested to be mounted. The equipment grounding ring runs along the perimeter of the room at the roof edge.
