A FM Voice Repeater on 443.65/448.65 MHz, properly coordinated with the SouthEastern Repeater Association (SERA).
The NLARC Club callsign KG4NJA.
A rugged antenna installation to withstand hurricane force winds.
Coverage for Norfolk, Isle of Wight, the Peninsula, and Williamsburg.
Support as a separate traffic handling frequency for the York Co./Poquoson Amateur Radio Emergency Services organization that meets Monday nights at 8 p.m. on 146.07/67 for training and information exchange purposes.
Emergency power for continuous operations in adverse weather conditions.
Open autopatch in support of the Wakefield NWS/SkyWarn, the Red Cross, FEMA, Local Law Enforcement, and public service assistance.

A Motorola Repeater.
50 feet of 7/8" Andrew LDF5-50A cable.
An additional 10' length of RG-213 extension.
An 8 bay folded dipole phased array facing 230 deg magnetic.
