Individulaized Training

The fitness Center conducts several types of individualized instructions and programs tailored to your needs. They focus on strength, endurance, cardiovascular improvement, flexibility and weight control. Special program projects for 2007 include the promotion of NASA’s HealthierYou campaign that focuses on Personal Accountability for Health and Safety as well as HealthierFeds Campaign. Membership in the Fitness Center gives you access to all the equipment and an individualized approach to exercise. Our trained instructors, Chris Jones and Joanne Edmonds, can teach you how to use each piece of equipment and design a program that will help you tone up, increase your cardiovascular fitness, and lose weight safely.
