LaRC Exchange Activities - Karate Club

  
 

Langley Karate Club (LKC) instruction is available year round for students from beginner through degrees of black belt.  Classes are open to children 8 years and older as well as adults.  Beginning students are encouraged to start in a beginners class which are scheduled approximately 3 times per year, February, June, and September.  Beginners classes are advertized in @larc daily emails.  Students with prior martial arts experience are encouraged to join at any time.

Classes are held at NASA Langley's gymnasium building 1222b.

Class Times:

Mondays & Wednesdays evenings,.
    - Beginners class from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
    - Bdvanced classes from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

What To Bring:

Loose fitting clothing suitable for stretching and warm-ups

Cost:

First month is free.  After the first month, dues currently consist of membership in Cuong Nhu Oriental Martial Arts Association which accredits LKC.  Association dues are $35 per year per individual and $50 per year for a family (2 or more).
