The Langley Exchange Activities (LEA), a branch of the NASA Langley Exchange, has been in operation since October 1946. The objective of the LEA is to achieve participation in the establishment and operation of activities which will contribute to the morale, efficiency and welfare of all personnel at NASA Langley Research Center.

Clubs/leaques are opened to all NASA employees and their spouses, retirees, LaRC contractors and in some instances, dependents.

     •  Policy Directive 9050.7 outlines the use of LaRC Facilities and Grounds for Employee Efficiency, Welfare, and Morale Programs.

     •  Policy Directive 9050.8 outlines the use of LaRC Facilities and Grounds for Non-Official Events.

Facility and grounds use may be coordinated via LEA League/Club Secretaries with the Office of External Affairs.
